About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Rowlett, Texas. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Follow infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA)
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
