Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Deliver exceptional patient care across assigned settings (home health, acute care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, etc.)
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Adapt to various clinical environments and patient populations
