Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Canaan, Connecticut. The start date is August 1, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises and activities under supervision
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy
