Job Details

• Location: Knox, Indiana
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

• Accredited Degree: Required
• CPR Certification: Required
• Licenses: Active and applicable license for the state of Indiana required
• Experience: 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience required

Responsibilities

• Implementing Treatment Plans: Assist in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Assist with therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening, balance exercises, and gait training.
• Documentation: Document patient progress.
• Training Patients: Train patients in mobility using assistive devices and ensure safety during treatments.
• Support Patient Care: Support patient care activities.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain all safety, infection control, and clinic policies.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
