Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,396 per week

About the Role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Morris, Illinois, starting on 08/24/2026. This role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, requiring a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in this specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement patient care plans and monitor progress.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Illinois or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a PTA in SNF / LTC settings.
• Ability to work a 5x8 Days schedule (40 hours per week).
