Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Jasper, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and activities as prescribed by physical therapists.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Alabama.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical terminology and equipment.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Pay

Competitive, custom pay packages are offered based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a start date of October 5, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.
