About the role
Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- At least 2 years of recent PTA experience.
- Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Current BLS certification and/or specialty certifications for PTA.
- Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference.
- Pass background/urine drug screening.

Schedule
5x8 days, 06:00:00-14:00:00, 8.00-5.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
