About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment
- Auxiliary patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status to supervising PT
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Pay & Benefits
Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
