Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,375 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Eureka, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessments, treatments, and education.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time PTA rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Illinois.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care procedures.

Pay

The pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
