About the role

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week travel job in Waymart, Pennsylvania starting December 7, 2026. The position will work 35 hours per week, 7 hours per shift, days.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• BLS certification
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures

Pay
