About the role
We’re currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Jamaica, New York.
Responsibilities
- Assists Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
- Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity
- Diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited school
- Physical Therapist Assistant license / Licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
