About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Westernport, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform routine therapy activities under supervision
- Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
