About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week travel job in Lexington, Kentucky starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Help patients with mobility and functional activities
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA)
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a CPTA program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
