Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in physical therapy assistance.
- Current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association.
- Active license in the state of Oklahoma (or ability to obtain).

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
