Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,191 per week

About the role

Triage Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week travel job in Battle Creek, Iowa. The position starts immediately and is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises and activities
• Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Iowa
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
