Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Plainfield, Connecticut. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Administer treatments such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Connecticut
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
