Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,092 per week
About the role
American Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract assignment at a Mobile Outpatient Clinic in California, Maryland. The position starts immediately and requires 24 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, gyms, or parks, delivering tailored PT interventions.
- Conduct skilled assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient.
- Collaborate with patients' families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a PTA.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
- Willingness to obtain Maryland or compact licensure.
Qualifications
Local and traveler-friendly candidate required.
Skills
- Experience in outpatient settings or home health.
