Travel Physical Therapist - Telehealth - $2,080 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Jacksonville, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Long Term Care setting
• Work 32 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a Long Term Care facility
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment
• Knowledge of Long Term Care regulations and standards
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and preferences

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 32 hours per week
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
