About the role
Seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions per physician orders
- Assess patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet therapy goals
- Incorporate organizational values into job performance
- Evaluate and modify patient care
- Ensure compliance with treatment plans
- Work in SNF/LTC settings
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduated from an accredited school
- Hold or be in the process of obtaining current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist
- Possess CPR certification
- Open to both experienced and newly graduated therapists
