Travel Physical Therapist - SNF / LTC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel role focused on SNF / LTC settings. This position provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality therapy services while exploring new locations across the country.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy services in a clinical setting according to organizational goals and standards.
• Ensuring quality patient care and documentation compliance.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Responsibility for integrating organizational values into daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience, specifically in SNF / LTC environments.
• Current valid PT license or in the process of obtaining licensure in the practice state.
• Strong understanding of therapy protocols and patient-centered care.
