Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing therapeutic services to patients, supporting their recovery and mobility, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans in a dedicated facility environment focusing on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Document patient progress and adhere to facility protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Conduct patient assessments and implement treatment plans.
Schedule
- Days shift with 8 hours per day.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Start Date: 11/01/2026.
- Duration: 12 weeks.
Requirements
- Certified and licensed as a Physical Therapist.
- No minimum years of experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting (advantageous but not mandatory).

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
