The position emphasizes developing appropriate care plans, utilizing evidence-based assessments, administering various therapeutic procedures, and documenting services in compliance with regulatory standards. Experience level is flexible, including new graduates, provided there is Level II experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Consult with patients and their families regarding treatment and progress
• Coordinate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
• Supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students
• Participate in meetings and trainings
• Document all services following clinical and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Massachusetts State License required
• New graduates considered if they have Level II experience (not just Level I observation experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
