A Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is needed for a 13-week contract in Cut Bank, Montana.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Minimum of 0 years of experience
- Certification in BLS or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior SNF experience
- Familiarity with facility SOPs
- CPR certification
Additional Information
The Physical Therapist will deliver rehabilitative services, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with facility policies. Excellent communication skills and collaborative teamwork are required.

Pay Package
Based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
