Travel Physical Therapist SNF - $2,385 per week

About the role

Award-winning Assured Nursing is currently seeking a skilled Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Yuba City, California. This position offers 40 hours per week, 9-hour shifts, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Perform therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay
