Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Minimum of 6 months experience preferred.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, Days shift, 8 hours per day. Hours guaranteed at 36 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week as noted). No call or weekend coverage required.
