Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role involves providing therapeutic care to patients within a skilled nursing environment, contributing to patient recovery and rehabilitation efforts.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Duration

Start Date: 10/05/2026
End Date: 01/03/2027 (13 weeks)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in float rotations as required.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Certification in SNF settings preferred.
• 25 years of relevant experience.
• Must have an NM caregivers account.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities.
• Additional certifications in restorative therapy or geriatric care.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
