Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for an assignment in Silver City, New Mexico.

This role involves providing rehabilitative services within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), supporting patient recovery and functional improvement. The position is a travel assignment scheduled for daytime shifts with a standard workweek, beginning in September 2026 and ending in December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Eligibility to work in the designated location.
• Agencies must have a New Mexico caregivers account.
• Ability to start as scheduled and meet all licensing and credential requirements.

Schedule

• Dayshift, 8-hour shifts.
• 40 hours per week.
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks (September 21, 2026 – December 19, 2026).
