Travel Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility - $2,356 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 18-week assignment starting September 1, 2026, located in Larimore, North Dakota. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in North Dakota
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
