Job Description

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience or clinical rotation in a skilled nursing facility

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Patient population includes SNF, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care
• Coverage needed for 5 days
• Census is 120 beds
• Priority focus on short-term rehabilitation patients as needs fluctuate
