Travel Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility - $1,801 per week

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Williston, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a SNF setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
