About the role
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in a skilled nursing setting, responsible for assessing patient mobility, developing therapy plans, and aiding patients in regaining strength and independence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with therapy teams
- Monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the assignment
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Implement therapy interventions
- Monitor outcomes
- Ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Minnesota PT license
- Preferably experience in skilled nursing facilities

Schedule
