Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy care
- Assess patient needs
- Develop treatment plans
- Support patient recovery
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations
- Provide therapeutic services
- Evaluate patient progress
- Document care
- Contribute to patient rehabilitation goals
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- At least one professional reference
- Preferably SNF experience

Schedule
Ability to work 8‑hour day shifts.
