Responsibilities
- Provide therapy across acute and outpatient settings
- Develop and update treatment/discharge plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
- Minimum 1 year inpatient PT experience required
- Acute and orthopedic rehab experience required
- DPT preferred

- Ready to travel more than 50 miles from the facility

Pay
$2,400 - $2600 per week (auto offers only – no interviews)
Schedule
Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri (floating required, occasional weekend coverage possible)
