Travel Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation Unit - $2,736 per week

A.T. Staffing - "The Agency" Since 1969 is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Gainesville, FL. 5x8 Days shift. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure all clinical documentation meets regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current State Licensure.
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
• Two (2) Current Clinical References Physical (Within 12 Months).
• TB Skin Test (Within 12 Months).
• Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella.
• Respiratory Fit Test (Within 12 Months).
• Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations.
• Pass pre-employment, background and urine drug screening.
