Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arizona.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior experience in a Rehab facility is preferred.

Pay
$1,380 - $1,507 per week*
Schedule
17-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
