Travel Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - $2,427 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026, located in Hayward, California. The shift is 3x12-hour days, flexible start time, and 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with various physical impairments
• Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of common physical therapy modalities and techniques
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and settings

Pay
