Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,687 per week

Solomon Page is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026 in Ukiah, California. The position is 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and is classified as a Travel job.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients to learn about their conditions and create a personalized care plan
• Document a patient’s medical history and progress
• Communicate problems to supervisor and other team members

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited program
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
