Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,436 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Anderson, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in South Carolina.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
