Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,331 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, located in Maricopa, Arizona. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Arizona.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).

Pay
