Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,296 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sulphur, Louisiana. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana.
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 5x8 Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00
