Travel Physical Therapist - Rehab - $2,056 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Aberdeen, Washington. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Washington State.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
