Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, ensuring patient rehabilitation and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress.
• Support patient mobility and functional independence while adhering to facility policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active NJ SNF license
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Duties

• Administer therapy treatments, assess patient needs, track progress, and ensure quality care.
• Maintain documentation, comply with regulations, and coordinate with medical staff.
• Provide compassionate support to patients to promote recovery.
