About the role

Provide patient-centered care in a clinical setting, evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support recovery and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic and rehabilitation services
• Track patient progress and modify care as needed
• Cookordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Assist patients with mobility and recovery goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Active MD Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Physical Therapy experience
• BLS certification (if required)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments
