Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Northglenn, Colorado. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in settings such as hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' physical conditions and developing personalized rehabilitation plans
• Implementing treatment techniques to improve mobility and manage pain
• Using specialized equipment safely and effectively
• Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans, and documenting outcomes
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care
• Maintaining safety standards and participating in quality improvement activities
• Assisting with discharge planning and other assigned duties

Qualifications and skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Physical abilities to move equipment and assist patients
• Proficiency in English, PC skills, and handling irregular schedules
• Visual acuity and ability to communicate effectively
