About the role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The role involves developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy, working in settings such as hospitals and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to identify physical impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize exercise, manual therapy, and other therapeutic techniques to improve patient outcomes.
• Operate and maintain specialized therapy equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic processes and home exercise programs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred).
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Physical ability to assist patients and handle therapy equipment.
