Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using tests, examinations, and history to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans.
• Use various techniques and operate specialized equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain safety protocols and participate in quality assurance and professional development.
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure and BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, move equipment, and assist patients.
• Ability to work independently and under supervision, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and basic PC skills.
