Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, implement therapy techniques, operate equipment, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, and participate in discharge planning and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state licensure, current BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication
- Physical ability to perform necessary tasks, proficiency in PC use
