Role & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy services, assess and develop treatment plans, and support patient recovery and mobility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure
• Completion of required onboarding competencies including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, color vision, OSHA safety standards, skills checklist, and specialty exam

Key Duties

• Deliver therapy in a flexible schedule
