About the Role

A skilled Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care through clinical expertise, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Support discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Prior experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
