Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in various healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities Assess patients using clinical tests, examinations, and history to identify treatment needs.Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans.Operate therapy equipment safely, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management.Maintain safety standards, documentation, and participate in quality improvement.Assist in discharge planning and perform other duties within scope of practice. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.Current BLS certification.Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to move, lift, and operate equipment.Proficiency in reading, writing, PC skills, and effective communication.Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and flexibility.
